The US CPTED Association is excited to welcome professionals from across the country to Tampa, Florida, for our 5th Annual Conference, May 19–21, 2027, at Hotel Haya in historic Ybor City. This year’s conference theme, Where People, Place & Safety Come Together, will explore the connections between CPTED, physical security, technology, and design and how these disciplines can work together to create safer, stronger, and more successful places.
USCA 2027 will bring together CPTED practitioners, security professionals, technology leaders, planners, designers, architects, landscape architects, public safety professionals, community leaders, and others for three days of learning, collaboration, and connection. Through educational sessions, real-world applications, and conversations across disciplines, attendees will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, build relationships, and bring new perspectives back to their organizations and communities.

No. Attendees are not required to stay at Hotel Haya. However, Hotel Haya is our official conference hotel and all conference sessions will take place at the property.
